1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription.

1.3 Promotional Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions purchased during promotions or discounts are subject to the same cancellation terms. However, promotional amounts are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.

4. Changes to the Policy
